This is the website for the evolutionary biology researcher, Emma Barrett.  Emma is a NERC Postdoctoral research associate (2009-2012) in David Richardson's lab at the University of East Anglia.  Where she is  looking at using telomeres as biomarkers of costs and quality in the wild population of Seychelles Warblers, Acrocephalus sechellensis.

Previous to her current position, Emma studied for a Ph.D. at the University of Exeter, Cornwall Campus (2005-2009) in Trish and Allen Moore's lab researching the effect of nutritional and social signals on ovarian physiology and life history strategy in the cockroach, Nauphoeta cinerea. If you are interested in finding out more, please check out my publications.

If you want to add her on a research network site you can check out her links.

Feel free to contact Emma for more information about her research.
